To ensure our principals that every individual who will be hired is physically, mentally and have sound moral character and is equipped with appropriate and proper competencies to achieve the quality standards set forth by our clients.
To ensure that the successful applicants are made to be fully aware of:
their rights and privileges under the existing labor laws and standards;
terms and conditions of their employment as provided for under DOLE Order 18-02;
and our employees responsibility as the third party in the Job Contracting Agreement entered into by and between the Principal and Eight Golds Employment Services, Inc.

Step # 1. Announcement Of Job Vacancy
Using posters and leaflets respectively posted and distributed on highly populated and frequently occupied areas (such as malls, public markets, terminals of public utilities and the likes). Through newspaper ads, by SMS messaging and through our website: www.8golds.com
Step # 2. Initial Interview
Upon filling-up of application forms and submission of their respective résumés with 2 x 2 picture, the applicant will be interviewed to:
