The Company is a registered Private Recruitment and Placement Agency (PRPA) with the Department of Labor and Employment under license No. RO300-0306-LA-00-006 issued on June 6, 2003. The Company, under its charter is allowed to engage, perform and carry-on the business of recruitment, employment and deployment of professional, skilled, semi-skilled and un-skilled workers in the Philippines.

As an authorized Job Contracting Entity under D.O. 18-02 Registration No. III-093-0603-038 issued on May 29, 2003, the Company is permitted under DOLE Order 18-02 to enter into all kinds of Job Contracting Agreements to provide the necessary manpower requirements in the performance and completion of specific job, work or service within a definite or predetermined period regardless of whether such job, work or service is to be performed or completed within or outside the premises of the principal
